Arda Gateway
Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 21, 2026. These Gateway Terms supplement the broader ArdaBot Terms of Service.
These Terms govern access to Arda Gateway, operated by ArdaBot, Inc., a Delaware C corporation. By creating an account, authorizing an application, using Gateway APIs, or routing inference through Gateway, you agree to these Terms.
1. Gateway service
- Arda Gateway provides AI inference routing, OAuth authorization, project billing, hosted billing surfaces, API keys, usage metering, and developer tools.
- Gateway can be used directly through API requests and indirectly through ArdaBot products such as Lens or Arda apps.
- The service is evolving before public launch, so features, limits, pricing, models, and provider availability may change.
2. Accounts, keys, and OAuth apps
- You are responsible for activity under your Arda account, Gateway API keys, OAuth clients, redirect URIs, and issued tokens.
- Do not share secrets publicly, bypass authorization, impersonate users, or request scopes your application does not need.
- Developer apps that resell inference must accurately identify their app, use approved redirect URIs, honor user consent, and follow payout and markup rules configured in Gateway.
3. Billing, credits, and payouts
- Gateway usage is metered and charged against available monthly credits, top-up credits, saved payment methods, subscriptions, or other billing arrangements shown in the product.
- Credits are not refundable except where required by law. Auto top-up, subscriptions, and hosted billing settings can be changed through Gateway billing surfaces.
- For developer resale programs, payouts are calculated from tracked Gateway usage and paid to the registered Stripe account according to the terms shown in the developer console.
4. AI providers and output
- Gateway routes requests to third-party model providers, including providers available through Vercel AI Gateway and direct integrations such as xAI for realtime voice.
- You are responsible for prompts, files, tool calls, generated output, and decisions made from model output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.
- Provider terms, policies, rate limits, outages, model changes, and content handling practices may also apply to requests routed through Gateway.
5. Acceptable use
- You may not use Gateway to violate law, infringe rights, abuse or attack systems, exfiltrate data, distribute malware, evade rate limits, bypass billing, or interfere with the service.
- You may not use Gateway credentials in a way that exposes them to untrusted clients unless that integration is explicitly designed for public client use.
- We may throttle, suspend, revoke keys, block apps, or terminate access to protect users, providers, ArdaBot, or the reliability of Gateway.
6. Disclaimers and liability
- Gateway is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, provider availability, model behavior, output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArdaBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to Gateway use.
- Our aggregate liability for Gateway claims is limited to the amount you paid for Gateway in the twelve months before the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
7. Privacy, law, and contact
Gateway use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Questions can be sent to support@ardabot.ai.
